Product replacement service is only valid for a maximum of 2 days after the product is received by the customer.
Product replacement will be carried out if there is damage/manufacturing defects.
The item must be in the same condition as when it was received, accompanied by an unboxing video, receipt or proof of purchase, and in its original packaging.
Warranty Voiding Conditions
Damage to the device due to misuse, such as dropping, exposure to liquids, or user negligence.
Damage caused by using the pod/cartridge more than 3 times.
Continuous use of the pod causing battery damage.
Screening and Verification Process
Contact the CS team via WhatsApp to carry out the screening and verification process.
Verification will be processed within 24 hours, and CS will provide confirmation regarding the status of your claim.
Product Shipping for Claims
If the claim is accepted, send the Quik Pod to the address provided by CS via WhatsApp.

Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the product to SMOPI.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
The cost of returning the product to the customer will be borne by SMOPI.
The return shipping process depends on the customer’s location.
